In 2022, we discovered what would become Chestnut Lake Lodge, a private lakefront vacation rental on Lake Nantahala in the mountains of North Carolina. From the first visit, we knew this property was special. With careful renovation and thoughtful upgrades, we transformed it into a premium family retreat designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable lake memories.

As hands-on owner-operators, we take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed experience. Guests enjoy exclusive access to both cabins and a private dock directly on Lake Nantahala, one of North Carolina’s most beautiful mountain lakes. Swim, paddle, fish, grill, relax in the hot tub, or simply enjoy the view from the deck as the sun sets over the water.
